Flight Training

Learning to fly is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable things you’ll ever do. Many people think that it is beyond their capability or budget, but it is not as difficult, time consuming, or expensive as generally believed. To get started, we recommend taking an Introductory Flight where you’ll go up with one of Air Adventure’s instructors in a new Searey Elite and see what it’s like to fly a plane for yourself!

Learn how much it costs to get a sport pilot license (SPL), private pilot license (PPL) or seaplane add-on rating. We’ll break down all of the fees associated with flight training, ground school, proficiency check-rides, and the time involved to earn your wings!

If you are an existing Sport, Private, or Commercial pilot and your biennial flight review is due, or you would just like to add a seaplane rating to your certificate for the thrill of it, this course is for you!

It’s easier than you think to become a Sport Pilot and fly Light Sport Aircraft (LSA). The sport pilot certificate provides one of the easiest, most inexpensive, way to fly for fun.

A Private Pilot Certificate is the most common license issued by the FAA. It will allow you to fly with passengers, as well as at night, and there are many types of aircraft that you can fly with this rating. This is also the first step to becoming a commercial pilot.
